Polyphony Digital has rolled over Gran Turismo 7’s Daily Races again, and the new trio of events is live now with a run that lasts through Monday, October 12.
GTPlanet’s write-up frames the week as “From Dusk Till Daytona,” which points to at least one round at Daytona and some low-light running in the mix. Beyond that, the public summary is thin, so we’re not going to guess at cars, performance point caps or lap counts. If you want the exact combos, check the in-game Sport mode screen before you commit to a setup.
The format itself is unchanged. Three rotating races cover the usual spread of short, medium and longer lobbies, and the whole set resets each Monday, so what’s on offer today is what you get until next week.
Why this matters: Daily Races are the backbone of GT7’s online scene, and the weekly refresh is the closest thing the game has to a competitive calendar outside the official GT World Series rounds. A Daytona entry usually means oval or road-course drafting games, which reward patience and clean positioning over raw pace, and dusk conditions add a visibility wrinkle that catches out drivers who only practice in daylight. If you’re chasing Driver Rating gains, the weekly rotation is where most of the rating movement happens, so it’s worth a few practice laps before you jump into a ranked lobby. Just don’t expect anything new in terms of structure. This is the same routine, with a fresh set of tracks.
