Sportsland Sugo finally shows up in Gran Turismo 7’s Daily Races this week, and it’s in two of the three events.
That’s a quick change from last week, when the rotation skipped the game’s newest circuit altogether. Players who had been waiting for a proper Sport Mode outing at the Japanese track now have two chances to race it in the same weekly cycle. The third event sticks to more familiar ground. The early details we have are thin, so look at the in-game event list for car restrictions, race lengths and tyre or fuel rules before you commit to a session.
Why it matters to sim racers: a new track takes real time to learn, and Daily Races are where most GT7 players do that learning against other people instead of the AI. Leaving Sugo out last week meant anyone who wanted to get to grips with it competitively had nowhere to do it. Putting it in two events this week fixes that. It also means a lot of lobbies will be full of drivers still working out the braking points, so expect some messy first laps until people settle in. If you want to gain Driver Rating or Sportsmanship Rating, run a few practice laps first. Getting through the opening corners cleanly will likely count for more than outright pace while most of the grid is still learning the circuit.
