Le Mans Ultimate is expanding beyond Europe. Developer Studio 397 and publisher Motorsport Games have confirmed a US Track Pass for the endurance racing sim, adding six American circuits as paid downloadable content. The rollout kicks off with two of the country’s most recognisable venues: Daytona International Speedway and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

Details are still thin at this stage. We know the pack will total six US tracks and that it’s a paid add-on rather than a free update, with Daytona and Laguna Seca leading the way. The remaining four circuits, pricing, and release timing haven’t been laid out yet, so it’s worth treating anything beyond that as speculation for now.

Why it matters: Le Mans Ultimate has, understandably, been built around its namesake — the FIA World Endurance Championship calendar, which is heavily European and Middle Eastern. That’s great for authenticity but leaves the track list feeling narrow if you’re not exclusively chasing WEC events. Adding American venues, and Daytona in particular, opens the door to the kind of banked, high-speed endurance racing the base game hasn’t offered. Laguna Seca’s Corkscrew is a welcome bonus for anyone who just wants variety in their practice sessions.

The honest caveat is the “paid extras” part. Charging for additional tracks is normal for the genre, but LMU is still a title that’s been growing into itself since launch, and how these packs are priced will shape whether they feel like fair expansions or nickel-and-diming. If Studio 397 gets the value right, a broader, more international track roster is exactly what the sim needs to hold attention between real-world race weekends.
